Your account

Give true details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. The account owner decides who else from the business gets access.

Trials and plans

A new account gets a 14-day trial. After that you choose a plan; the free Starter plan stays free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, with 18% GST, and a tax invoice is issued for every payment.

Plan limits (users, businesses, storage) are shown on the pricing page. An upgrade applies at once with the unused part of your current period credited; a downgrade applies at the end of the period.

Acceptable use

Do not use ERPSetu for anything unlawful, to send messages people did not agree to receive, or to try to reach another customer's data. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. We look after it as described in the privacy policy.

The service

We work to keep ERPSetu available and correct, and tell you ahead of planned maintenance through a banner in the app. The software helps you keep records and file returns; checking that the figures you file are right remains your responsibility.

Ending the service

You can cancel from Plan & Credits. A cancelled account runs to the end of the paid period, then becomes read-only so you can export, and is deleted after the retention period we tell you at cancellation.
